    Facilitated Learning

    Facilitated learning is more than just a workshop. It is a learning opportunity that inspires your team members to stretch and apply the learning back on the job. We work with you to ensure you have a solid strategy to enable the transfer of learning back on the job and coach your employees to increased competence in their role.  We have many workshops available to be customized for your specific strategy and organization, or we can easily create an workshop through collaborative design sessions.

    Targeted Content Coaching

    From time to time employees must stretch outside of their natural skills and abilities. While facilitated learning can significantly increase a staff member’s capabilities, they may need targeted content coaching to increase their confidence and capabilities. We do this by coaching the employee on specific areas of a given workshop and its content. Your employee is coached toward implementing their learning with powerful action learning assignments to apply the learning in the workplace. This approach can also be applied to applying learning from behavioral assessments to ensure an employee is expanding their range of abilities.
