Thom Qafzezi, founder and CEO of Molto Crescendo, brings over 25 years of diverse experience across industries and business structures to his role. He established Molto Crescendo in 2011 to share his passion and expertise with a broader audience and to help organizations achieve their potential through sustainable behavioral changes in their leaders and teams.

Thom holds an MBA and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is a certified Executive Coach with advanced training in a trauma-informed coaching approach informed by Internal Family Systems, as well as organization, systems, and relationship coaching. Thom is also a Certified Integration Coach and Certified Conscious-Connected Breathwork facilitator helping leaders integrate insights surfaced through journeys of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

With his extensive leadership experience in operations, learning and talent development, and human resources, Thom can relate to his client’s challenges.

Thom leads a team of curated executive coaches with over 400 combined years of people development and business experience. He is known for his no-nonsense approach to identifying the heart of the challenge and providing clients with the guidance they need to achieve their desired results.
