Our team is led by Thom, who founded Molto Crescendo in 2011 after his decision to exit Corporate America following 20 years of working across industries and diverse business structures and sizes.
Thom’s vision and passion are to help other organizations who are ready and willing to bring out the best in their leaders and teams through focused sustainable behavior change.

Who is Thom?

With an extensive foundation of formal education and diverse experience in organizational psychology, system and executive coaching, human resources and business operations, Thom brings an in-depth understanding of what opens up others to new perspectives, motivates behavioral change and influences successful relationships.

Thom’s vision and passion are to work with organizations who are ready and willing to do the work it takes to bring out the best in their leaders and teams through sustainable behavior change. He facilitates this behavioral change through facilitated workshops, leadership coaching and team coaching. His desire is to make teams and organizations a place where talent flourishes.
