Molto Crescendo is certified and licensed to utilize a full array of psychometric tools in our practice. We commit to assuring assessments meet the rigor of assessment selection guidelines laid out by the American Psychological Association (APA). Doing so ensures the assessments selected are reliable and valid. In other words, they measure what they’re expected to and have been proven so through proper scientific analysis by the assessment publisher, and when possible through peer review.

All assessment services include an individual or group debrief, where applicable. Because we are governed by the Code of Ethics and our association with the APA, specifically Division 13 (Society of Consulting Psychology) and Division 14 (The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology), we may require individual assessment debriefs before presenting results in a group, or team setting. We do not take our responsibility lightly when it comes to providing feedback that is highly personal and potentially impactful to the participant, regardless of being part of an organization’s development efforts.
