Our Coaches
We take great care in selecting coaches with extensive training and experience across various industries, business sizes, and organizational levels. Our coaches are certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach certification programs that adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and Coaching Competencies and hold ICF credentials. As a result, our coaches are committed to continuing education and consistently are honing their coaching skills.
Coach Selection
Coaching Packages
Our 6 to 12-month coaching packages include assessments that evaluate personality, managerial and leadership skills (depending on the organizational level) and emotional intelligence. We also utilize a 360˚ leadership survey to provide insights into how others experience the coaching participant in day-to-day interactions.
All coaching packages include a specific quantity of coach contact hours that also includes:
- Assessment debriefs
- Stakeholder discussions
- Information gathering and evaluation
- Coaching relationship design with coachee and manage
- Organizational sponsor discussions, as needed
Our coaching packages also include the following:
- Development plan
- Midpoint update with the sponsor and direct manager
- A final progress report with recommendations
Investment in a comprehensive coaching package is based on the position of the program participant and the agreed-upon duration determined during your discovery call.
